Conversely, leaders with a clear vision for how they want to be remembered are more likely to align their mindset, actions, behaviours in service of being consistent with their future self. They are able to focus their attention on what matters most. And, they are more likely to start new habits that pull them towards the future they wish to create and the kind of leader they want to be.
